Description:

The retarder of the floating washer makes all the rollers run in the same direction to push the whole material,the material is dipping and dispersing during the process.for the pp,pe firm,the PE is impurity including dirty,sand with it will get down to the bottom of the washer.according to PET will get down to the bottom ,then the others impurity is floating .

So that the material will be washed and the impurity will be separated,finally the impurity will be vented by the drain screw,and the clean material will be transported into next unit.according to the different material,the machine makes the material float and down,then clean them clearly.

Applications:

PET washing line floating washing machine was widely used in waste plastic washer. It is mainly used for wash and separate plastic bottle, sheet and film. It will separate based on the different density of material.

This machine's water inlet pipe inter diameter is Ø25, water pressure is 1.5KG, the water consumption is about 1t/h.
