PET Flakes Hot Washing Machine

Description:

Considering the different dirty condition of the material, please add suitable NaOH. Because the scrap will flow out together with some alkali, it will affect the washing condition.

Applications:

PET washing line with pet flakes hot washing machine mainly use for washing crushed PET bottles.

Principle: put in hot water in pot, and put in 2-5% NaOH and active material in the water. The scrap with stir together with the water by the paddle, and scrap with friction together to solve the impurity and cementing material. Then dirties will drop from the bottle. This is called hot washer.
