This Two stage strand PE granulation line with aggregator is composed of Belt conveyor ,Agglomerator/compactor,extruder ,Hydraulic screen changer, Strand mould, Water tank ,Dryer, pelletizer.

Raw material :PE,PP Films and bags

Pelletizing system:

1.water-ring rubs surface pelletizing system

2.air-cooling rubs surface pelletizing system

3.strand pulls pelletizing system (noodles)

Different raw material need different pelletizing system and screw design etc.So need further discussion!
